Orders will typically be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and NSW public holidays) upon placing an online order.
Please note that following public holidays, orders may be dispatched up to 72 hours after placing the order. Typically, orders made prior to 12pm on business days will be dispatched that day.
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to reach their Australian destination once they leave our Newcastle based warehouse.
Returns & Cancellations
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are able to return products to us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit note of the purchase price.
