General Shipping Information

Good to Play uses Australia Post to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.

For orders with a total value of less than $120, shipping rates are calculated at checkout with our shipping calculator.

FREE standard shipping on orders of $120 or more to eligible metro areas*.

*Free shipping eligibility:

• Eligible areas: Free shipping applies to deliveries within the Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast metro areas. Orders to all other areas, including regional NSW, VIC and QLD, SA, TAS, WA and the NT, do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping will be calculated at checkout.
• Large or bulky items: Large or bulky items, such as bikes, ride-ons, doll houses and children's furniture, only qualify for free shipping within the Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and Wollongong metro areas. If your order includes a large or bulky item delivered outside these areas, shipping will be calculated at checkout for the whole order.

Your final shipping cost, including whether free shipping applies, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

An express post option is also available with the shipping rates for this calculated at checkout. The Australia Post Express service will be used for this option. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, however, we will ensure that your order will be dispatched as soon as possible from our warehouse in Newcastle which is usually same business day if the order is placed prior to 12pm.

Orders will typically be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and NSW public holidays) upon placing an online order. Please note that following public holidays, orders may be dispatched up to 72 hours after placing the order. Typically, orders made prior to 12pm on business days will be dispatched that day.

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to reach their Australian destination once they leave our Newcastle based warehouse.

Once you place an order, you will receive a dispatch email containing your order information. The dispatch email will contain a tracking number to track your order. You will be able to track your order through the Australia Post online system.

Good to Play will only deliver orders to a valid registered address located within Australia (we will not deliver to addresses outside of Australia).
